I grew up eating this classic french dessert, which became soon something impossible to eat for me. But as I couldn't accept to not eat one of my favourite dessert anymore, I spent hours developing a vegan alternative, which happened to be so easy to make! It is the perfect recipe when you have guests over (adults or kids :))
Kept in a jar, this granola is ideal for breakfast or snacks… just add a few spoons of granola in a coconut yogurt or as topping in a apple puree or even on an acai bowl (my favorite way to start the day with a healthy breakfast!)
Probably the easiest recipe for a quick dinner during the week when I'm on my way to a women networking event and I want to enjoy it fully without looking for canapés and being tempting by unhealthy options...

It reminds me of my childhood when my dad was making “poire pochées au vin rouge” (poachedpearin sweet red wine). It is so easy and so delicious. I cannot recommend this recipe enough! It is an amazing dessert for any occasion : friends dinner party or a romantic date.
